Tom brings extensive experience across private equity, investment management, and financial services. In his Portfolio Operations role at Goat Group, he focuses on monitoring, analysing, and reporting on the firm's investment portfolio, while helping build institutional-quality investment processes as the platform grows.

Before joining Goat Group, Tom was a Senior Manager at Nordic Capital – a leading European private equity firm – where he led the General Partner's finance function. He oversaw financial reporting, treasury, valuations, and governance across multiple jurisdictions and drove strategic initiatives, including data transformation and the adoption of advanced analytics.

Earlier in his career, Tom worked at Deloitte in London, managing complex audits for global asset managers and investment firms, and building deep expertise in valuation, financial instruments, and cross-border investment structures, while leading and developing high-performing teams.

Tom is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has passed the CFA Level II exam. He holds a BSc in Physics from the University of Exeter and applies a strong analytical, data-driven mindset to every aspect of his work in investment operations.
