Charlotte has known the Moore family for nearly 30 years, having worked with Joanna at Abacus (formerly Coopers & Lybrand Trust & Company business) in the mid-1990s. It was at Abacus where Charlotte began her career in the finance industry, specialising in the administration of bespoke employee benefits structures.

Through her connection with Joanna, Charlotte then became one of the “famous five” initial employees at Aztec Group, founded by Edward in 2001. During her 24 years with the company, she was responsible for the administration of Aztec’s cornerstone client, plus other Private Equity funds, before moving to Group Company Secretary.

Charlotte is proud to be Goat Group’s first employee, joining as Director of Administration and Company Secretary on 1 May 2025. Charlotte also acts as Company Secretary for Lantern.

Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Economics from Kingston University, a Diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration (ICSA) and has three decades of relevant experience.
