Having served as Head of Corporate Law at Carey Olsen Jersey LLP, he is widely recognized as one of Jersey’s leading specialists in handling significant corporate transactions involving IPOs, private equity deals, and complex cross-border structures. His work regularly includes providing strategic counsel on US and UK capital markets.
