Charlotte brings with her nearly three decades of distinguished experience in finance and administration, significantly enhancing the group's executive team.

Charlotte’s professional journey is closely intertwined with the Moore family, having first collaborated with Joanna Moore nearly 30 years ago at Abacus (formerly Coopers & Lybrand Trust Company). At Abacus, Charlotte embarked on her financial services career, specializing in bespoke employee benefit structures.

Building upon her early experience, Charlotte became one of the pioneering "famous five" employees at Aztec Group, founded by Edward Moore in 2001. Over her impressive 24-year tenure at Aztec, Charlotte managed the administration of many of the company’s original cornerstone clients. Her commitment and capability eventually led her to the position of Group Company Secretary, cementing her reputation for meticulous attention to detail and governance excellence.

Joining Goat as its first employee marks a significant milestone both for Charlotte and Goat. In addition to her responsibilities at Goat, Charlotte will also serve as Company Secretary for Lantern, further demonstrating her versatility and deep industry expertise.

Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Economics from Kingston University and a Diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration (ICSA). Her extensive experience, combined with her proven leadership abilities, positions her ideally to support Goat's ambitious growth objectives and operational efficiency.
