Richard Hoskins joins Goat Group as Chair, representing the Company on the Aztec Group board as a non-executive director. Richard brings extensive board experience, currently serving as Chair of Liberty Mutual Managing Agency, a leading Lloyd's of London insurance syndicate, and as Senior Independent Director at both Nucleus Financial Platforms and Compare the Market.
Previously, Richard was Chair of BGL Insurance Group, playing a pivotal role in its successful sale. His three-decade executive career spans senior leadership roles across the UK, US, and Australia, including CEO of Aviva North America, CFO roles at AIG's Global Commercial Insurance, Hastings Insurance Group (IPO), and Old Mutual US.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Studies from Sheffield University and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Robin Jarratt is appointed as a Non-executive Director and Chair of Goat’s Investment Committee. Robin is a highly respected senior adviser and investment professional with extensive global experience in private equity, private credit, and infrastructure. He currently holds senior advisory roles at Coller Capital, GIC, and G3 and serves as Shareholder Director at Rothesay, majority-owned by GIC.
Robin previously served as Global Head of the Private Credit Group and Managing Director at GIC, establishing a global investment team across London, New York, and Singapore. His leadership was critical in developing GIC’s European Private Equity Direct Investment Group. Robin's career also includes key roles at CVC Capital Partners, Royal Bank Private Equity, and Schroders. He holds a first-class degree from Oxford University, an MBA from Oxford’s Said Business School, and qualified as a solicitor with Slaughter & May.
Guy Coltman joins Goat Group as a Non-executive Director, bringing substantial legal expertise in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and capital markets. Previously Head of Corporate Law at Carey Olsen Jersey LLP, Guy is renowned for advising on significant IPOs, private equity deals, and cross-border transactions involving US and UK markets. His strategic insights are further evidenced by his non-executive director roles with The International Stock Exchange (TISE) and now Goat Group, underscoring his valued contribution to corporate governance and strategic decision-making.
